By downloading or using Glowup AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the app.

2. Description of Service

Glowup AI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze your face, provide custom face yoga routines, generate personalized nutrition plans, and help you track your glow-up progress.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Glowup AI. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes.

• Not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the app in any unauthorized way.

• Not use the app to create, share, or distribute harmful, misleading, or offensive material.

5. Content Ownership & License

• You retain ownership of the images and content you upload.

• By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process and display your content solely for providing the service.

• AI-generated outputs may be subject to third-party rights depending on your inputs. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use and share such outputs.

6. Subscription & Payments

Some features of Glowup AI require a paid subscription:

• Prices, payment terms, and auto-renewal details are shown in the app and App Store/Google Play listing.

• Subscriptions are managed through your App Store/Google Play account settings.

• All payments are processed by Apple or Google; we do not store your payment details.

7. Third-Party Services

Glowup AI may integrate with third-party services such as AI processing providers, cloud storage, analytics, and advertising networks. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the app, including software, designs, trademarks, and branding, are owned by 3DMockups LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Disclaimers

Glowup AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that outputs will meet your expectations.

You use the app at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Glowup AI if you violate these Terms or use the app in a way that could cause harm to us, other users, or third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or via our website at least 30 days before taking effect.
